Quiet & Cosy 2-Bedroom Cottage in Coltishall

The location is fantastic. A really beautiful little village with gorgeous walks, a little shop, cafe and about four different pubs. We were spoilt for choice in the evening. The house is tucked away, so was nice and quiet and we were able to park on the road everyday with no issues. Really comfortable house, exceptionally clean and it was lovely to be able to have a little garden to sit out in. Great selection of books and board games. The host was very polite and nothing was too much trouble.

It's only a small thing, but it would have been nice to have had small carton of milk on our arrival. Tea and coffee was provided. But other places we have stayed have had some milk and biscuits. The shower is in the bath and is a bit fiddly, so not great for older residents. However these were really small things and did not affect the quality of our stay. We loved it. We would happily stay again.

Lovely little cottage. Very very clean. No problems with the Wi-Fi. This cottage is on the main road to Wroxham,but it didn't impact us. Rising Sun pub,well worth a visit,lovely food & a great outdoor area.

Access is a pain, glad it was a short stay,otherwise carrying lots of bags/food would be very awkward, we still had to do 5 trips....maybe I overpack! Kitchen items could do with an update.

Location was perfect - easy walk to local pubs for dinner. Very close to Norfolk Mead Hotel for the venue we were attending

Mirrors were very high for me (i'm only 5'2") also no full length mirror. Pressure in water in bathroom slow so showers were not the best experience.

Well equipped throughout , good board games, cosy and warm, friendly atmosphere, quiet, good central location for all the things we wanted to do. garden and patio

A beautiful property, very clean and comfortable with a great selection of books and games, for when relaxing in the evening. A great location for exploring the local area. Highly recommend The Rising Sun Pub, which is about a 10 minute walk and a boat trip on the Norfolk Broads

The cottage is tucked away and is wonderfully peaceful. It is the perfect place for a family getaway for a small family (And four legged friend). The cottage has everything you could possibly need and is just beautiful. It’s also within walking distance of everything in Coltishall including the river walk and the pubs!

We couldn’t stay longer! Felt like home.
