"Lovely cottage in the heart of Coltishall"

Great central location, short walk to the river and great pubs in each direction. Excellent for attending a wedding at the church.

"Superb"

Clean, neat and tidy, functional. Nice walks nearby and great location to visit north Norfolk and Norwich.

Mattresses were not to our liking, but that could be something personal to us. Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, too.

"Great cottage in lovely location."

The cottage was ideally sited for a visit to the Norfolk Broads , the coast and Norwich. We found it very comfortable, cozy, well equipped. Great kitchen,nice sitting out area.

The single beds are quite noisy, maybe ok for kids but not good for adults.

"All very nice after a long car trip."

Clean and comfortable. “Quiet and cosy”!

The access to the property was difficult. Being overseas visitors with substantial luggage we struggled. No hair dryer.

"Lovely little quaint cottage in a nice quiet location."

Lovely little homely cottage, very clean. Nice and quiet, good sized fridge freezer with well equipped kitchen. Very good communication from owner.

Bed was squeaky and not the most comfy unfortunately. Had to be careful going downstairs as staircase open on one side (there is a stair gate fitted at the top though)

"Beautiful cottage"

The cottage was so nice, clean and had a lovely homely feel to it which I loved. Had everything you needed all under one roof. We had a wedding close by and the host was a great help recommending a taci company. We have said we will definately stay again!

The beds all had a squeek to them and for us that move a lot through the night we disturbed others but nothing major. Otherwise I loved it all.

"A wonderful cottage for a family escape away."

The cottage is in a really good location with local walls by the river on the doorstep and an 8 minute drive to wroxham and Bewilderwood. The hosts have thought of everything you might need, the cottage had a great selection of games and books. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good storage in both bedrooms.

We liked everything.
