AUI absolutely loved the apartment, very clean, and a lovely courtyard to sit in the evenings. Excellent location, within walking distance to all sights. Sara, our host, was so helpful and accommodating. I give Sara a 10 out of 10 in all she has done for us. I didn't want to leave Siena. I absolutely loved it.
ITLa posizione, tranquilla, ma comoda al centro. La pulizia, la funzionalità dell'appartamento, piccolo e confortevole con tutto ciò che occorre. Il divano letto, di cui qualcuno anche qui si è lamentato, l'ho aperto e chiuso da sola (donna sola e non forzuta) senza problemi!| La terrazza un gioiello di quiete. Ringrazio Sara per la grande disponibilità e cortesia, è stato tutto perfetto!

AUThe amenity provided was beyond our expectation. A private courtyard and modern compact design with air-conditioning (maybe a little noisy) allowed us to pick and choose our forays into the heat of Siena. The washing machine and compact drying frame was a godsend in the heat and humidity of June. The kitchenette was well laid out and permitted full meal/food preparation or plating out of local produce. It just took a little exploration of the cupboards and devices to figure out how everything worked and worked well. I loved the Bailetti coffee pot for the stove rather than the Bailetti pod but used both as time permitted. The local supermarket was only 50 metres from the door with a great selection of goods. The refrigerator was capacious and well hidden in the cabinets. The combination latch doors and screen doors onto the patio provide options for natural air flow and/or air-conditioning. The location is generally very quiet and private yet within a 10 minute walk into the tourist centre of town. A morning coffee on the inside table followed by breakfast on the courtyard. Perfect! A nice touch is the small reveal of the medieval wall section inside the apartment. Sara was so good at providing remote advice and guidance as needed. Having the use of this gem greatly helped us to maximise our time in such a historic and beautiful city.
The sofa bed is a little soft and can catch your shins at the corners as you negotiate the path to the patio.
