駅から本当に近くて、徒歩1分ほどで着くのでとても便利でした。電車に乗れば天王寺まで15分くらいでアクセスできるのも良かったです。 線路が近いので少し心配していましたが、部屋の防音がしっかりしていて、耳栓も用意されていたので快適に過ごせました。全体的にとても満足で、おすすめできる宿です！

"泊まってよかった！"

友人のために予約しましたが、とても満足していました。駅からすごく近くて、天王寺までも電車で10分ちょっとで行けて便利だったそうです。お部屋も広くて清潔感があり、快適に過ごせたとのことでした。線路が少し近いですが、日中は外出していることが多く、夜は特に気にならずぐっすり眠れたと言っていました。また機会があれば、他の友人にもぜひおすすめしたいです。

破格で泊まれるところでしょうか スタッフの方は、親切ですぐに連絡もとれました。

臭いがきつい、2階があまり綺麗ではなく潔癖な方は無理かもしれません。 綺麗にベットメイキングもしてありましたが、今まで利用したアパートメントの中では最下位です。

"掃除料金は正直気が付かない間に請求されていたものです。予約時に利用者がわかる表示にすべきです。分かっていればこの額では予約しませんでした。"

民家を改築し落ち着いて泊まれたのは良かったです。

予約時に明示がなく、請求のタイミングで1人分の宿泊費用と同程度の掃除料金を加算請求されていることに気がつきました。予約時に気がついていればキャンセルしていたはずですが、気がつきませんでした。非常に不満です。
