Perfect location..very good communication with the owner

The apartment was a 10 minute walk to the city center and we found ourselves in love with the location. The rooms were bright and comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. It had a washer and cloths rack which came in handy. It was a nice stay.

The beds were very firm for our liking, but we think this might just be a European thing. The bathroom didn’t have a shower rug so we ended up using one of the extra towels which would have been nice to have. We also found the shower a bit slippery but it could have been the cleaning solution.

The price - but it is definitely not value for money.

The property felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The balcony and even the bed linens smelled of cigarettes, despite the place being listed as non-smoking.

The place is great and it's in a great location (close to public transport and in walking distance from the Palace of Culture and other attractions in Iasi). It is modern and tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed (including towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, oil, etc.). This is my second time staying here and will surely stay here again if I will visit Iasi again in the future.

The only comment I have is that there is no real living room to sit with everyone, however, the balcony is very nice and offers some nice views, so that was a good place to sit together on an evening and enjoy a glass of Moldovan wine.

The apartment is perfect if you need a place to sleep. The 2 big bedrooms are nice and comfortable, each with TV and air-conditioning, a terrace, heavy curtains to block the light. On the other hand the kitchen is small (you can fit 3 people around the kitchen table and one on a little desk) and you walk right into it from the front door (the pictures i added are from the entrance in the apartment). The host was lovely, the instructions were clear, and we enjoyed our one night stay. There are a lot of kitchen tools, oil, salt, washing machine, blow drier, coffee machine with pods etc

There is no living room, but we didn't mind that. The bathroom is small, and you need to lock the door when you sit on the toilet, otherwise you will get hurt. Please consider adding a shower head holder, so that you don't have to hold it all the time. In the bathroom there was hair (not ours) and dust on the floor.
