the building is old, and quite smelly

The property is located in very nice location very close to the center. The property is equipped with all necessary equipment for a stay. The hostess provided all the necessary information about the check in.

The property needs very good cleaning, especially the bathroom and kitchen. The floor was not vaccum, small garbage was noticed in the bathroom, shower and toilet area, floor. Cigarette buts causing a bad smell were found in the balcony.

Good location, clean and has anything you need for your stay. We will return.

The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, close to Iași city center, and, if you like city views, the apartment gave a beautiful view of part of Iași, as it is located on the 8th floor.

A very minor detail, but it would have been good to have somewhere to hang the shower head so I wouldn't have to always hold it when showering.
