DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING. Let me start from the very beginning. I have lived in Cardiff, and I know the areas, so I am not a naive person in terms of this city. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ACCOMMODATION I HAVE EVER HAD. I hope no one gets this place until the owner decides not to just think of money, but thinks of the customer. This was a nightmare, and I hope "Booking.com" realizes not all squares of walls can be called "An accommodation." Disgusting, not clean, smells horrible, tons of rubbish and trash in the front yard as if it is a storage for trash bins. The toilet was disgusting, smelled horrible moldy. The bed was terrible, and I think it was from WW2 and had never been changed. The floor was disgusting, so that I, as a person who does not care that much, could not even walk freely because I was feeling BAD. I HOPE no one gets this place until the people realize that with a little higher they can have something much closer to human value and not for animals. I hope Booking.com gets this property out soon. I have recorded a video of the place and I share if the website asks me to do it.

Location was lovely

Cold ,mouldy,no communication. Didn't bother to sleep there the first night as I was at a friend's fir dinner until late. Checked out the next morning upon getting home. Peeling ceiling m,hole where s toilet paper holder should be,no toilet paper filthy pots abc pans,don't think there was hit water either. Room next to front door,loud and door looked flimsy. Felt unsafe.

Everything. The room was cold, no hot water, floor was dirty and sticky, not enough cuttlery, dirty oven, the place stank of cigs, we didnt get towels and had to contact the property at 11pm for towels, very loud place, the wifi kept dropping, we were bitten by insects (the windows of the place dont open), we had knocks on our door, and when we opened it to check nobody was there, overall we felt unsafe here. The room and freezer had mould, the entire lower wall behind the sofa was black mould and also found a dirty sex toy and a packet of cigarettes underneath... goes to show the effort which is put in to cleaning this place.
