location, cleanliness and the staff. The travel desk incharge Mr Sahil is excellent and very helpful for the guests.

The manager Mr Ajay Pradhan needs proper training. His conduct annoys the guests.

property was well maintained and the staff were wonderful. The personal attention by the GM and pre stay connection with Mr Ajay was wonderful.

wifi could be better and the breakfast quality could be improved.

The location - the hotel is situated at a 3 minute walking distance from MG Marg. You can get a clear view of the snow clad mountains on a clear day from some rooms and the roof. The bakery is good. The staff were polite and helpful. Service was prompt.

Parking is available but can accommodate only a few cars. So will recommend connecting with the hotel prior to bringing your own car

"They should have pickup and drop facility upto MG Road."

I like the variety of choice during breakfast and dinner.

I have checked out 1day before but they've charged 100% (halfboard) with taxes for the extra day.
