The managment is very poor, Front Office Manager and up. Very unprofessionally managed. Staff not empowered to make decisions in the absence of management. The photo is of the toilet seat.

Very poor Wifi, Room safes not working in most rooms as they tried it in almost a dozen rooms before they found one in working order. Toilets cleanliness is gross, WAs moved to a new room by the front office manager due to issues with the 1stroom and I immediately showed the condition of the toilet to the manager and he took it very casually and just asked the staff to clean it. The underneath of the seat was gross with poo stuck all over, probably not cleaned for months. The occupancy was below 40% but all rooms have reusable bottled water already in the rooms. Who know how long the water has been in the rooms, days, weeks?

Walking distance from MG road, hotel is clean and well maintained.

Bath water was not hot on 1 of our stay days. A geyser in each room would complete a good experience
