good location and free parking

a couple of items from my stay. First, please make sure to check all the windows (7–8 of them) because none of them were locked when I arrived, and the unit is on the main floor. This is a security concern. The apartment you can hear the neighbors a bit. A week after the rental, I received a message claiming the linens and towels were left dirty and that they couldn’t be cleaned, with a charge of 160 €. I want to be very clear that this was not from us—we left the place in excellent condition. The photos sent were only close-ups of brown-stained linens with no proof of location, room, or date. This feels like an attempt to unfairly extract money. I do not accept this charge.

A TV não estava a funcionar com os canais portugueses, pedimos ajuda e ninguem nos ajudou.

Apartament położony na parterze, z trzema sypialniami. W odległości 400 metrów market (sklep "osiedlowy" troszeczkę bliżej). Do stacji kolejki podmiejskiej około 15 minut pieszo. Wi-fi w porządku.

Po przyjeździe musieliśmy doprowadzić lodówkę do stanu używalności. Ponieważ apartament położony jest na parterze na noc zmuszeni byliśmy zamykać okna i "żaluzje". A apartament pozbawiony jest klimatyzacji. Nikt nie towarzyszył nam przy wymeldowaniu (przy check in a i owszem). Po trzech dniach otrzymałem wiadomość z obiektu, że żądają dodatkowych 70 euro za... przebarwione ręczniki!!! Wściekłem się gdyż ręczniki używaliśmy tylko przy kąpaniu, zaś na plażę braliśmy swoje! Wyglądało to na tanią próbę wyłudzenia dodatkowej opłaty!

Very easy. The host was in contact via WhatsApp during the day to coordinate when we would arrive at the property, and then he met us there.

There was only one fan in a 2 bedroom apartment. the fact that it was a ground floor, one could not leave the widows completely open, so this made it a bit warm inside during the night.

The location was perfect for our family, with beaches, shops and parks walking distance away. The apartment itself had everything we needed inside, including facitilies to cook and wash. Rooms were clean and spacious and renovated to a modern standard. In the kitchen there was a good variety of utensils to allow family dining and a good sized dining table for us to eat at.

Parking is NOT free despite the hosts informing us it was. There is no free parking anywhere in the vicinity of the apartment. We recieved a parking fine whilst parked outside of the apartment and are still having to deal with this, struggling with Portuguese forms and admin. The hosts did not help in any way, simply telling us it should be free. We have had no apology, support, guidance or offer of reimbursement, despite their acceptance that free parking should have been available to us. We asked for the 3rd bedroom to be made up as we had a later arrival with 2 young children, unfortunately this wasn't done and we had to make the bed with two very over-tired youngsters. We did not receive any check-in information until we prompted the hosts. We should have recieved this 5 days before but did not.

Localização e limpeza foram ok, e a recepção também. O imóvel estava ok, e a área é bastante tranquila. Há vaga para estacionar.

Os aquecedores são subdimensionados para os ambientes, principalmente para a sala, e o imóvel não sustenta a carga elétrica de equipamentos simples, como chaleira elétrica e aquecedores, por exemplo. O disjuntor desarma com extrema facilidade, necessitando ser religado com frequência. Não há geladeira, somente um frigobar. Para poucos dias, atende. Mas como fiquei por mais de 10 dias, tive que adaptar minha rotina e ir algumas vezes ao mercado, pois não havia espaço suficiente. O estacionamento não é privativo, mas sempre havia vaga. Entretanto, é pago, e me foi avisado na entrega das chaves.
