Very Clean and comfortable. Everything was spotless The host left us crisps, mince pies, coffee and tea. Very good hosts. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises

Nothing we didn’t like

Definitely the space and security. The kids had a great time playing hide and seek. Although the house is huge, it was warm and welcoming. The seating was comfortable. Most of us found the beds to be comfortable. The kitchen was small but fairly well equipped, even to cook Christmas dinner for 12 (I did take my own roasting tins, mixer and large pans). Location was fab. Just a short walk to the beach and and bit further to the centre of Blackpool. Easy access to bus route and trams. I think parking could be a bit of a problem in high season but no worries for us in December. The host, Michell, was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. He even put a small Christmas tree up for us which was a lovely touch.

Boiler noise in two of the bedrooms, but better than being cold. Cleaning not very thorough in the kitchen and front garden but all the other main areas, beds and bedding were clean.

All extras bread milk and snacks left also all washing up things . There were condiments oil etc . Plenty toilet rolls hand wash and complimentary toiletries. The rooms all nicely decorated beds and linen comfortable. Lovely big dinning table we could all sit round, comfortable sofas. Location ideal for us could walk everywhere and near tram stop.

One shower not working but plenty others so not a problem and had been told in advance.

Prior to our stay there was excellent communication from the owner regarding directions and entry to the property. An excellent location especially for attractions etc in the North/Central Pier area. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.

Absolutely Spotless everywhere , lovely beds for a great night sleep. The essentials left for our arrival were such a nice touch. Excellent location and so close to the seafront trams to get you anywhere you need to go. Shops and takeaways within walking distance if you need anything. The owners are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for a lovely well kept house for a family break this is the place to book. We loved our family weekend away. Lots of love, laughter and great times.

Location was great for prom walks and tram stop close to hand. Accommodation was adequate as were the facilities. Area quiet and friendly.

Kitchen needs upgrading with regard to utensils. Separate waste bins would be easier.

The impressed self car park was not available. There is need to remove it from advert, other it would be deceptive.

Very spacious and great location. Perfect for a large family having 6 bedrooms with 2 en-suites and 3 other bathrooms. The owner went above and beyond to make sure the check in and check out went smoothly. The facilities provided were outstanding and lots of essentials left for us on arrival. An amazing property would highly recommend for any large family! We were celebrating my Mums 70th birthday as a family of 11 and we all had so much fun. Lots of family games provided. Dining area was perfect size for a large family to all gather for meals.

No driveway so had to park outside which was very busy but can’t be helped and free parking in surrounding area which we were made aware of by the very helpful and informative owner Mitchell.

The accommodation was perfect for our needs and the host left us breakfast items which was very thoughtful. There were puzzles and lego available which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We had an issue with one of the TVs and the host came to fix with. Our experience was wonderful!

The parking was a bit challenging.
