Luxury apt in Plaza de España - FREE parking

booked this room through the Booking.com platform, but upon arrival I was surprised to be asked to pay an additional €100 as a security deposit through an external website, not through Booking.com. I tried to complete the payment, but I encountered a technical issue on the website and was unable to proceed. After that, I contacted you via WhatsApp to ask if it was possible to pay the amount in cash, but my request was refused. Later, I tried to reach out again, but my request was rejected, and my booking payment was not refunded even though I did not fully receive the service as expected.

El huesped es inexistente. Los porteros son muy desagradables y no estan para el servicio del apartamento como se hace entender en la descripción. Las fotos nada que ver con la realidad. Mentira.

Zona muy tranquila, céntrica y próxima a todos los sitios que me interesaba visitar.

La forma de no contar con llaves para abrir la casa. Sí no tienes el móvil cargado no puedes salir.

Great location, walking distance to Plaza de España. Has a small supermarket with groceries within 5 minutes walk. It was great having parking space. Very comfortable bed and pillows on the master bedroom.

入住体验就一言难尽了！ 入住公寓就是奇葩的一关。房东只在whatsapp上与住客联系，不用WhatsApp的住客就不知道怎么办了！入住要先下载一个Nuki的APP，才能打开门锁。 我们是4月14日入住，房东是12日给了我们Nuki的链接和code，等我入住不能进门时才知道，这个code要在48小时激活，12日给我，到我们14日入住，正好超过48小时，密码无效了，进不了门了！于是我们站在门外给房东打电话，房东不接电话！用WhatsApp给她打电话，还是不接！！经过一个多小时的等待，房东通过WhatsApp发来了新code，总算进了房门！！！ 进门后发现，房间家具跟在booking上的图片不一样，其中一间变成了两个上下床，而且下层床的垫子直接放在地上，简直没法坐下！ 厨房内有胶囊咖啡机，但没有一颗胶囊咖啡；有洗衣机，但没有洗衣液； 卫生情况更不敢恭维了，窗外窗台上全是鸽子粪便，客厅的沙发也很脏乱。 The check-in experience was absolutely a nightmare! Checking into this apartment was an incredibly bizarre ordeal. The host only communicates with guests via WhatsApp, leaving anyone who doesn’t use the app completely stuck. To check in, you have to download the Nuki app just to unlock the door. We were scheduled to check in on April 14th. The host sent us the Nuki link and access code on April 12th. It was only when we arrived and couldn’t get in that we found out the code had to be activated within 48 hours. Issued on the 12th and used for check-in on the 14th, the code was exactly expired after 48 hours, leaving us locked outside. We stood outside the door calling the host, but there was no answer. We also tried calling via WhatsApp, still no reply at all! After waiting for over an hour, the host finally sent a new access code on WhatsApp, and we barely managed to get inside. Once we walked in, we noticed the furniture was not like the photos on Booking. One of the bedrooms had been replaced with two bunk beds. Worse still, the mattress of the lower bunk was simply placed straight on the floor, making it almost impossible to sit on. The kitchen was equipped with a capsule coffee machine, yet not a single coffee capsule was provided. There was a washing machine, but no laundry detergent whatsoever. The hygiene condition was even more unacceptable. The windowsill outside was covered with pigeon droppings, and the sofa in the living room was dirty and messy.
