"Everything You Need"

Comfortable and nicely decorated private air conditioned Apartment with bedroom with TV, bathroom and sitting room with TV. Coffee/tea and refrigerator in downstairs entry. Street Parking was free and convenient. Apartment located very close to JFK airport.

Not a problem, but other guests should know that the accommodations are upstairs. Not sure what the neighborhood would be like after dark, but seemed fine when we arrived early evening and left early morning.
