Very clean, comfortable, quiet, clear instructions, communicative host, good price for NYC

Had to carry suitcases up the stairs. Shower was a bit slow to drain.

The Rooms nicely organized. Its clean. Its clam. Host is responsive always reply for all questions. Overall the property is valued the money spend. Recommended for travelers.

Bathroom Shower tub drain is not functioning well. Keep the water inside the tub. Owner must fix this.

Property is very close to the JFK airport. The property was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and very nice. There are shops near by should you need to get some provisions. Would definitely use again.
