Great location, super comfy bed, quiet, easy communication with host, privacy.

Though we found a spot, parking on the street is tight.

The room was really nice, just as in the pictures and the bed was comfy. Also the coffee bar downstairs was great. I used all the 3 teabags to get warm. The bathroom and shower were good too. It was only too cold to enjoy. There's a steep and narrow stairway going upstairs, so if you can avoid bringing your big suitcase, do it.

It was freezing cold when I arrived. There was no heating in the place and it was as cold as the winter weather outside. The AC worked, though and in a couple of hours the bedroom was OK, but waiting for that after 9 hour-flight wasn't pleasant. The bathroom and sitting space remained cold.

Modern, clean and spacious. Good communication and a really nice private coffee bar.

Location was good, near to JFK, it was a cozy stay.
