Location to airport good⁹

Neighborhood a bit scary. When i went to walk down to get a meal.

Good location. Near airport and I found a good restaurant within a walk of 1.2 miles. I wish the A/C was on before I arrived but they were good and cooled well. No kitchen was odd.

The room was clean, the access was easy. We were provided the code to the front door and we could come in at any time. We came in the middle of the night and it was as easy as getting in at any time. The host made everything clear and helpful by texting us and with some indications around the property.

I feel like it's a bit overpriced for what it is. If you want to visit Manhattan or Brooklyn, it's a good 1h-1h40 in bus/metro. I had no other choice because we booked last minute. There's nothing interesting around for tourists except the airport. The place itself is good but the location is not that great. Also, everything was pretty clean in the property, but there was a very strong, unpleasant smell. The best way I could describe it is cat poop, although it's not really it, with a strong smell of butter popcorn and red cherry to try to cover it. It wasn't a subtle smell, it was overpowering. It might have been temporary and the host might take care of it in the future but for the moment we were there it was strong and unpleasant. There is definitely something stinky somewhere.

I’m glad I find this place, super close to the airport, super clean and comfortable.

I didn’t walked around the neighborhood, I just arrived at night and left in the morning, the Uber driver told me to not walk around at night because could be dangerous. It’s an old area but it’s super cute the small houses. I felt safe to sleep.
