The Bamboo Houses - Tropical Gardens & Nature

Check-in and check-out were very straightforward and easy to figure out. The concept and design of the accommodation are truly impressive. It’s obvious that a lot of care and attention to detail went into building it. However, it has clearly been neglected over time, to the point where it can no longer be considered a hidden.

The garden was probably beautiful once, but today it is no longer well maintained. The biggest issue, however, is the surroundings. We expected a peaceful paradise, but instead the property is located in the middle of ongoing construction. The noise is impossible to ignore and lasts from morning until evening. It feels like being right in the middle of a busy, chaotic area. There is constant traffic on the nearby road, with loud engines passing by 24/7. At night, multiple dogs around the property bark and howl continuously. In short, it is permanently noisy due to construction, traffic, and barking dogs. This should have been clearly communicated, especially since it will likely continue for months. Additionally, the otherwise beautiful bedroom was covered with termite droppings, with many small pellets right next to the bed. We really wish we had only booked one night. Unfortunately, it is absolutely overpriced for what it offers.

L’architecture est magnifique, la chambre toute vitrée vraiment superbe et très relaxant. Notre hôte était très disponible et a répondu à toutes nos questions, encore un grand merci pour ça.

Beaucoup d’insectes, surtout des moustiques. On se faisait dévorer dès qu’on sortait de la chambre donc on n’a pas du tout pu profiter de la maison. Beaucoup d’araignées aussi, surtout dans la salle de bain et la propreté était correcte dans la chambre mais bof bof dans les autres espaces. Il y avait beaucoup de feuilles mortes au sol sur le chemin devant la maison, ça faisait un peu maison abandonnée quand on est arrivé. Mais c’était une expérience! Ca nous a quand même plu:)

Beautiful and unique experience if you like being one with nature. I loved the house and bed was comfortable.

No basic amenities like shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc. location was a bit far from city center.

El sitio es bonito, una casita de bambú

En sí es incómodo. Cuando llegamos los limpiadores se habían dejado puertas abiertas, pensábamos que habían entrado a robar. Tienes que estar todo el rato cerrando puertas por bichos, la ducha está al aire libre y tiene su encanto pero te sorprendían animales como sapos. Por las noches se escuchaban otros animales, a veces como dentro de la casa o entraban mosquitos pese a estar todo cerrado. En los 4 días que estuvimos no vinieron a limpiar ni uno solo y en un sitio así pensamos que era necesario barrer y limpiar diariamente. El personal fue amable por whatsapp pero no los vimos ni un solo día. El sitio es bonito pero no es nada cómodo y por eso pensamos que calidad precio no lo recomendaríamos
