Nothing to dislike

The apartment was very well kitted out, especially the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the air-conditioning work extremely well. Great location to be near the Esplanade for evening walks, and within an easy taxi ride of the main malls like SM. Parking prices should be made clear before booking

Entry and arrival procedure should be made more clear, especially the extra parking costs which is not shown on the website

Central location to the better malls

The beds only had a bottom sheet and very small blankets. No WiFi so no TV.

It is close to shopping malls, 7/11 is right next door. 24hrs security.

The games room needs a little renovation.

Very good place to stay, nice interior. Great communication with the Host. Very good area, Restaurants and shops nearby.

The condo was clean and spacious.

I rented the room for 3 days as my family was here in Iloilo in preparation for my wedding. Most of the time, in those 3 days, their internet does not work. In spite of my messages to the property owner and caretaker it was not resolved. It was inconvenient for them as they were also not able to use the tv becuase of the lack of internet. When my family checked out of the room, my mother forgot her watch and our usb drive in the room. We were contacted by the caretaker thankfully but to our surprise they charged us 500 for it or else they would not return said items. We were not informed about this fee either by the caretaker or by their rules and guidelines. This stay was the worst so far, either through this app or all our stays booked in OneSpatial Iloilo. Will not return again!
