Good location close to the shopping centre, close to esplanade for early morning walk.

Late check-in , owner not responsive ,Their is no internet connection, very very disappointing, no table napkins, no palatable water which is the most important essential.

It's just the parking that is so hard

When I travel, a bed to sleep on and a bathroom to freshen up is enough. The property has more than the basics. It is spacious, homey, cozy, and all.

Clean and very good for family accommodation

This is a great little apartment very close to the Esplanade and about a 10 minute ride to SM city. It is located in an apartment community but I think most of the apartments are for short term rentals. The guards are extremely nice and helpful. The owners of the flat Were extremely helpful as well and in constant communication with me regarding check in details and how to find the place. They will give you their Viber number which is very helpful because some of the taxi drivers don’t know exactly where it is. We were able to call them , and they gave directions immediately. On a personal note, especially concerning the guards, we had a special situation, where my fiancé was coming home for the first time in eight years. Her niece and I worked to create a surprise for her with them being there when we walked in. The guards were in on it too, going so far as to have a sign in and register on a completely blank page so she wouldn’t see our families names on the book. The owners also helped in this matter to stay in touch with my niece, as well as me to make sure everything was squared away and ready to go. Very personal touch!

There’s really nothing bad to say here. The only real issue we had isn’t with the apartment itself, but the elevators in the building. They are extremely slow and a little bit wobbly not a big deal though since the apartment is only on the second floor This is also not a negative but some thing just to be aware of. The beds are a little small and hard. Again, not a negative or something to be aware of.
