The place is very clean, so homey, everything u need for a longer stay are available. Good location as well and a good value for money. Easy to check in and check out, no hassle at all. I recommend this place and will surely book again for my future trips in Iloilo. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Thank you!

"HASSLE FREE CHECK IN ANYTIME."

After our super delayed flight. Actually we are 21hrs delayed. I am thinking that it was a hassle checking in during our arrival in the ONE SPATIAL CONDO. But honestly just as convenient as it is. We just show the guard the pass that issued to us. And follow the instruction on how to open the unit door of our place to stay. Wow I was amazed of contactless check in. Really a hassle free style. So convenient. Have 7/11 beside the area. Few minutes taxi away from FESTIVE WALK IN MEGAWORLD. Amazing place it is....

Everything was great. From security, the room and owners. Ms Christy and Ms Maecel were very accommodating. The place was very cozy and convenient. The location is very wise also since most of the establishments are very accessible. Great place to stay! 👌
