The location. The staff were nice.

Banging sound from the a/c system. A Restaurant we wanted to go to was randomly closed. Only one lunch restaurant open during our stay. Italian restaurant was underwhelming.

Lo único que no me gustó es que el gerente creo que Fernando estuvo muy insistente en querernos vender algún tipo de membresía del hotel,casi forzandonos a comprarlas,le dijimos que no ,y aún así insistente perdímos más de dos horas en el cumpleaños de mi esposa

The ambience, the staff and the room was very nice

I really didn’t like the food selection for the place that served tacos near the beach. The service always took very long and the food wasn’t great. It was often bland. The best places that I enjoyed was the Italian restaurant Capella and the Asian cuisine. Lastly, some of the staff didn’t speak English so one time I was asking for directions and the person I asked, couldn’t really help me. and I didn’t like that there was only one pool option and the swim bar wasn’t very sanitary. They don’t wash the cups. They only rinse them with water and when I received my drink, there was residue inside of my cup.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was very nice.

The food selection needs to better. Also all the restaurants were NOT open daily for guest. The steak restaurant is not free and the clubs only open certain days.

The staff was super friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were there for the 4th of July, and the fireworks by the beach were honestly amazing. The beach party that night was such a nice surprise—great vibe and well put together.
