Paradisus by Meliá Los Cabos - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Location was good. Beach was nice and so was the pool. Staff tried to b e as accommodating as possible.

Check in was rough. Another party was coming in and taking over all the restaurants. We couldn't eat at most of them. They also tried to upsell the Reserve on check in which was awful after spending so much on an "all inclusive." No hot tub on the property at all. Very limited activities included with the resort.

The staff really needs to step up their game. When I checked my uncle in the staff member face incorrect information w out charges on his credit card. I spent the entire week following up to get the problem foxed. It eventually was fixed…we think, but I shouldn’t have had to follow up all day every day. The steakhouse for the extra charge was terrible.

The service was good. The people were helpful and friendly.

The pool was not heated. I’ve never been to a resort in Cabo that didn’t have a heated pool. Pretty ridiculous for the price they are charging. The food was average at best with the exception of the Palapa restaurant.

The liquor was cheap and food was only good on the reserve side. They need a nightclub on the property and more activities

Horrible stay. Staff was not friendly and our room was all the way in the back not ocean view. Instead of ocean view, we had a building view. Requested to change and waisted 2 days and changed to garden view. Room was freezing and there was no heat. Messed up system. Not a comfortable place for a handicap person. Elevators are very far from the lobby and room

All inclusive food was great the entire time and the staff was lovely!

Need more fun entertainment in the night time or activities for the young adults to do.
