Very modern , quiet and spacious. Kate was great, friendly and was happy to come to use when we encountered an issue on booking.com side. She was very quick to fix this and understanding. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms very spacious. Hot water throughout even with 3 showers running in 1 go. In the middle of everything and easy to access close enough to all amenities and town centre.

The fridge hadn't been cleaned so I had to do this before being able to fill with food for 11 people for the weekend. The pots and pans were a bit small for a house sleeping upto 12.
