We loved everything about our stay Nice and spacious close to where we had to be clean and tidy, the bed was so comfortable the view of the river was just perfect. I'll so recommend this beautiful stay to friends

Our family of four had a wonderful five-day stay at this beautiful accommodation. Nestled right by the Waikato River, it offers breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky every evening. The spacious balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, provides the perfect spot to savor a light meal or snack while soaking in the serene river views. The host was exceptionally warm and responsive, always quick to answer any questions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Too hot in the room. Would like air conditioning in the bedrooms. Also our door to the room wouldn’t shut properly

Slightly close to neighbour's, so need to be very aware of sound (we had children in our group). Not enough lounge seating for the group. (Could use more bar stools as well).
