Spacios living room and bedroom, excellent view.

No spa otherwise it will be excellent

There was heaps of room where we did not feel like we were on top of each other.

Even though we visited in winter and so couldn't use the outdoor areas the views of the river were lovely. The location was convenient to the Auckland Airport (1h 10m), Waitomo, and Hobbiton.

Huge house, beautiful views, upgraded kitchen and bathroom finishings. Would have been great if I had a very large family.

The house was in the suburbs and there was not a lot around it.

The location on the river was beautiful. The house is lovely. Nice big rooms. Good showers. Very helpful hosts.

There were 10 people staying but there are only dinner plates and cutlery for 8 people

A very new house, fully equipped, especially the kitchen supplies, which are especially suitable for a family vacation trip. The landlord is very considerate and responds in a timely manner.🤩

During the hotter months I’d say it lacks an aircon upstairs as it gets really hot up there, the neighbours are also really close, can see into your house and backyard. Maybe higher blacked out fences & a stricter curfew as the people next to us were really loud toward the end of our stay.
