The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and gave us exception service. Shout out to Chef Ibrahim and Chef Hanuman for making us custom meals to meet our specific dietary requirements

The pool in our room was not working and after repeatedly telling the front desk it was not working they still did not find a proper solution for us.

Chef Ibrahim and chej vijendra really went out of their way to make meals for my baby. Big shout out to them. Fezanes waiter too was very accommodating and warm towards us during meal time.

Its has direct access to the beach with well maintained grounds. Breakfast has live music although after a couple of days its very repetitive. The beach is lovely but the water is very choppy so wouldn't recommend for families.

For a 5* resort, the rooms are small. Breakfast is OK, but cycles between 2 offerings. The night we checked in, the bedding was dirty and we asked for a replacement the next day. The mattress protector just makes the bed an oven so we asked for that to be removed too. On the last evening we asked for new towels and they arrived dirty. On the 2nd to last night, we ordered 3 dishes and were the only ones in the restaurant and somehow they managed to forget one of the meals completely. It came out after 45mins and we were still charged. The last night, we ordered butter paneer but they bought out panner tikka masala. Easy mistake and they offered to change. It was pretty obvious that they fished out the paneer from the other dish and threw it into a different sauce as it was out in 3mins after being sent back and covered in masala. I couldn't be arsed to argue so we just ate it. Taxi service outside is extortionate. We found a local guy and he was amazing.

Professional staff and well mannered, supportive. I forgot my Gold chain and locket in bathroom, lost and found section (Mr. Ramsunder - Supervisor and Anthony - house cleaning staff) helped me very honestly to recover it safely. My full recommendations to visit this property with family. Very much approachable to Uttorda beach, lots of great amenities inside resort, kids friendly gaming zone, pool area, nice and economical breakfast, lunch and dinner options. My vote is 10/10 for the property.

Is very noisy, through the door you can hear everything, people are slamming doors in the corridor and you wake up in the middle of the night, not good mattress, the bed sheets and towels saw their best times long before
