Royal Orchid Beach Resort & Spa, Goa

The beach is 5 minutes away by foot, most of the walk being inside the hotel. So very convenient, clean and safe. Beach itself is amazing - no crowds, no shops. There are a few bars that offer daylong sunbeds. The restaurant balcony has an amazing view over the ocean. Staff is top notch, chef is great and very adaptive. We had all the meals there only. Common pool is not huge, however it was enough for us as there were not many people during our stay.

Disappointed by the in-suite pool. It was very small + the outside area was dark and small as well. We had 2 rooms, one of them had humidity smell.

Hezké místo. Složitý příjezd, jako všude v Indii. 2 auta se nevyhnou. Zajímavě řešené ubytování. Pestrá paleta jídel, pohybu, a pohodové koupání na liduprázdné pláži. Zásuvky, jako v Evropě podle DIN.

Postel byla velmi měkká a nějak divně ustlaná. Klimatizace dělala hluk a nešly regulovat wings. Kravál hudby do 11pm. Ráno v 6:20am hlasité husy pod okny.

Disturbance by cleaning staff during late night and not providing packed breakfast as per instructions despite confirming

Spiaggia e mare sporchi, installazioni inesistenti. Troppo costoso per quello che offre.

There was good coffee during breakfast, but during lunch and dinner you needed to order it (no additional payment). Buffet breakfast and dinner was good. Especially great dinner in the open yard of hotel, with many possible choses and with live music. A lot of different types of desert. A clean sandy beach was just few minutes walk. Sunny days, clean warm water. Large swimming pool with clean water. But we preferred to walk to the see (ocean!)

Lunch and dinner coffee was not strong enough. Several evenings dinner was only a la carte, because part of restaurant staff was busy with food preparation for a wedding which took place in the hotel yard. On the other hand, it was very nice to watch (even from some distance) a traditional Indian wedding ceremonies :) There was a small private swimming pool next to the bedroom, but it was under the roof (no sun) and there was no view outside because of high walls. Therefore not used.

Lovely swimming pool, so close to beach, very cute geese, fun chess board. Food was delicious and varied, we ate every night here and didn’t get bored! Staff were super friendly and helpful- big shout out to Isha who was great with the kids

The waterpark was out of action a lot of days as there were weddings on

Break was good.. staff was courteous
