Very nice flat for the price. Location is perfect.

乾燥機付きの洗濯機、食洗機が完備されていたこと。洗濯用洗剤やインスタントコーヒー（デカフェも）など、必要なものが備わっている。ベッドルームも二部屋あり、広々と使える。大型スーパーも徒歩圏内。バス停は少し離れているが、本数は多い。ワーフや科学産業博物館は徒歩圏内。

床に食べ物の屑などが散乱しており、まず初めに掃除をしなければならなかった。コードレス掃除機があるのは良かったが、フィルターが詰まっており、全く吸わなかった。誰も掃除をしていなかったのと同じことと思うと。。食卓はぐらついていて、常に不快だった。別のレビューにもあるように、せっかく大きな浴槽があるのに、お湯が出ない。狭いシャワー室でしかお湯が出ない。食器は4セットくらいしかないので、こまめに皿洗いをしなければならず、非効率的（せっかく大きな食洗機があるのに意味がない）。玄関及びバルコニーのドアの開閉が独特で、やり方を初めに教えて欲しかった。

Spacious but means nothing if your experience of staying is so bad!

NEVER AGAIN! Avoid! Arrived (after collecting keys from a shop half a mile away and the street parking which is not easy nor in an appealing area to leave your car) to be informed security would remove us as the property is an illegal stay as it is against the property contract. Then wasted a stressful 90 minutes of phone calls to owner about this worrying information by the Concierge thus ruining our visit experience to the city. Owner stated they wished ‘to navigate the conversation with the Concierge’ after stating contract does allow them to let out so didn’t reassure us and gave no alternative options but to stay despite our concerns. Returned from visit into centre to discover on going to sleep that the full bedroom door we were letting a child sleep in was giving access to outside area and the public in a city ground floor apartment DID NOT lock giving anyone access and making it unsafe. The owner’s response was the key for this was lost previously and yet without resolving this they knowingly let out the property for a stay regardless. We got no sleep with worry and couldn’t wait for daylight to leave the property and get home. A six hour round trip drive to experience a horrendous stay. Can also confirm there is NO hot water for a shower and towels that were left were wet. Communication on phone and message with owner was frustrating as the apologies we received from them do not change the appalling experience we had which ruined our visit to the city. When booking a stay the minimum expectation is to be safe and secure and not feel on edge of intruders or security arriving or breaking the law!

The house was big with 3 toilets. It is close enough to the centre.

The bath did not have hot water. The rooms were dirty, full of dust and not very well cleaned. Also the bathroom smelled a lot of humidity. The keys had to be collected from a local grocery store which was not very convenient. When asked questions to the host (we could not find the grocery store to collect the keys, or we asked for the wifi password) we weren't given an answer to the question, rather "hints" that lead us to the answer.
