Wonderful experience overall. The apartment is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Miami Beach. It was spotless on arrival and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful for all our needs, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

Central position at 100 meters from Ocean drive, super clean, host is very kind and helpful, cheap price and very easy parking 3 minutes walk from apartment at only 10$ a day.

la ubicacion inmejorable, no podiamos haber elegido un sitio mejor, repetiriamos. La comunicacion con la propietaria inmejorable, estuvo en contacto con nostros en todo momento facilitandonos informacion. La habitacion disponia de detalles como toallas, sillas y otros elementos pensados para la playa. Justamente ese era nuestro plan asi que nos encanto.
la limpieza podia haber sido un poco mejor, la ducha o el menaje de la cocina no estaba del todo limpio. Los que dormimos en el sofa no era del todo comodo, colchon un poco fino

Posizione centralissima per girare south beach. Troppo caos la sera e la notte fino a tardi. I locali erano con musica alta fino alle 5 di mattina. Impossibile dormire. L'appartamento non è insonorizzato e si sentiva tutto, sia rumori esterni che interni degli altri appartamenti. La comunicazione con l'host è stata ottima, sempre presente e gentile. Pecca maggiore è stato lo stato di pulizia dell' appartamento. Polvere e sporcizia ovunque. Il divano era davvero impraticabile, pieno di polvere. La cucina era sporca, i ripiani erano pieni di polvere. Direi che forse è più consigliabile per dei ragazzi, e non per una famiglia.
Le condizioni igieniche e di pulizia dell' appartamento. Il livello dei rumori, ma non è colpa dell' appartamento.

The location was perfect and it was a nice apartment
The place was not properly cleaned, it was dirty. Then, We had problems with the hot water, it was something from the building, and the host offer us to leave and just have a refund for the following days, not for the night that we already stayed. Then he say he was going to put a electric heatear, but he came the last day we were there.

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione eccellente vicinissima alla spiaggia e ai vari punti principali da visitare e anche alla fermata bus comoda per spostarsi. Camera spazione con tutti i confort. Da ritornarci.
