Excellent parking, lovely views in the morning, very nice kitchen and facilities. Very comfy and very nice staff

Netflix etc didn't work. Kettle was fured up, had to clean it several times

Wonderful stay. Spotlessly clean throughout. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and lots of little extras provided. Great location with a couple of decent pubs close by serving good old fashioned pub grub. 40 mins drive to Skegness with plenty to do and a little further to fantasy island. All in all a great weekend with good clean accommodation. Highly recommended
