Amazing new build property with all mod cons and comfy beds. Very clean and tidy, would definitely stay again. Owners very helpful, politel and quick to respond when I had a query. Recommended.

The house was very clean and absolutely ideal for our family get away -it was so nice to find a house with four double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of little touches to feel at home - tv’s in every room and a great smelling large candle in the lounge

There was nothing we could find fault with at this property.

Modern and new. Nice bedroom spaces. Owner response was quick and 2 issues sorted on evening we arrived but these should have been rectified before our arrival.

Bed slats broken (called owner, whose husband - if you don’t appreciate swearing, especially around young children, you may need to mention- came to put a sheet of MDF underneath-best they could do in time frame but not a comfortable nights sleep). 1 TV not working, again sorted. Bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned- what looked like mud (owner said grout?) literally all over walls and floor. Note that the property is actually next to an industrial unit which is all you see from kitchen window. No space to eat or sit together. 4 bar stools and sofa only big enough for 3/4 max. Owner was quick to respond during stay but has not responded to message sent since. No coat hangers at all? Needs a few cooking trays . Maybe we just got unlucky with our 1 night stay having so many issues

What an amazing house! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Everything was brand new and worked flawlessly. The beds were huge. I'm 6'4" and never woke up with my feet dangling off the end of the bed! The kitchen was excellent, and there were enough pans and utensils to prepare meals for 5 of us. The location was great too, on a quiet lane just outside Boston with views over fields to the front of the property. Without a doubt, a 5 star experience.

We took our own breakfast. The bedrooms were excellent and the bathrooms superb. Everything we needed was available and excellent laundry facilities. Plenty of fluffy towels were supplied. The owners were so very helpful.

A mirror in the down stairs shower room would be very helpful and only having a breakfast bar with 4 stools made meal times a little awkward as two people had to eat sitting on the settee.

the house was very modern and clean and the 4 double rooms perfect all the furniture was new and modern design, absolutely perfect for our needs. Also the property owner made contact to answer any questions and was very responsive and helpful.
