Sunny Queens Park Home - Garden & Private Parking

It was like home from home, all you could need was at hand. Very comfy bed, Very Clean, perfect location for buses, Peaceful, Garden well equipped for comfort , Kitchen had everything. HAVING YOUR OWN PARKING SPACE was amazing, no need to worry, park up & no searching for car park space, which is very limited in Brighton. Tim the host was always quick to reply to messages & very helpful. Couldn't fault anything, Loved it.

Felt immediately at home and relaxed. Really appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped and knives were sharp (a rare thing) so could prepare a meal on arrival and have all the pots & pans etc which I needed. Loved the attention to detail and being a home from home. Location, great local pub and very close to the town. Coming from a flat part of England the hill coming back after a day out got the heart rate up 😄. All part of the enjoyment of Brighton .

Nothing to improve

Beautiful house, the conservatory was a very nice addition to the home. Even better that it had air conditioning as can get very warm when the sun is shining. Loved the tv’s in each room, especially the curved one in the living room. The garden area was a lovely space to enjoy when it is nice weather. Loved the extras, like tea bags and coffee pods.

Nothing I didn’t like, maybe an Alexa or smart speaker to listen to some music, maybe a good addition.
