Ideally located, near to the town centre.and seafront. The garden is lovely. Well-equiped. We had a great stay.

We liked everything. The house was very clean, welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well supplied, the garden was lovely. Everything was fabulous. I would thoroughly recommend this home for a stay in Brighton

Great location for Brighton with the added bonus of a parking space. The house had excellent facilities, indoor and outdoor. Towels, toiletries and helpful kitchen items (tea, coffee and dishwasher tabs) all provided.

The house was perfect. Our hosts were very responsive to our messages. The bed was really comfortable. The space was perfect and the garden was glorious to enjoy the weather. You could also see the sea from the landing. It was close to local buses and amenties. Nice stroll into town and the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The parking was tight. Thankfully I didn’t park the car. The house is on a very steep hill but it’s near the coast so what do you expect.

We liked this accommodation, everything was convenient and comfortable. If possible, we will definitely stay here again.

The house is furnished and equipped with all the items needed for a vacation, whether in the kitchen, bedrooms and living room. The house is very clean and you can see that they have thought about the small details. The owner was available for anything we needed. The location of the house is about fifteen minutes' walk from the city center.

We had a really lovely stay in this beautiful house in the centre of Brighton. The bedrooms were really comfy, the kitchen well stocked and lovely living/dining spaces downstairs. The garden looked great too for a non-wintery stay! The house is brilliantly located only a short walk into Brighton centre (beware it is however a very steep hill). The immediate surrounding area is a lovely quiet neighbourhood, but with a fantastic corner shop 1 minute away selling a selection of imported Italian foods, and a great bar/taproom only a couple of minutes around the corner. We would definitely return if we came back to Brighton. Great for families with kids or small groups of friends.

The house was a good size and clean Parking for 1 car only Kitchen was fully equipped Cot and high chair for little one was provided Contact with the owners was very easy and they always answered within the hour if not sooner

The house was hard to keep warm so we had the heating on a fair bit, also the conservatory let in a lot of cold and was freezing unless you kept the heating on all the time flat out. The pressure of the water in the downstairs toilet, bath and shower wasn't great but the water was very hot which was good There was a little too much furniture in the bedrooms upstairs so we had to move it around to make more space Parking for additional cars is a nightmare as there isn't anywhere near by you can stay for a long time. We had to pay £104 at the nearest NCP which was a 20 min walk down a very steep hill
