It's a wonderful house with a large living space and comfy beds. The air conditioning came in very handy, too.

Having visited during a heatwave (and the unfortunate reality that they are going to be more common in the future), I'd have really appreciated having air conditioning in the bedrooms, or at least fans. I actually slept in the living room the first night due to the heat.

the house was nice,just be aware the walk to the front was a very steep downhill road,tough walk on the way back.after the 1st day we used taxis,not to expensive to be fair

Lovely accommodation with a highly-valued car park. It's challenging, but I got my rental Nissan Quashqai in there. Garden with seating was lovely. This property has everything you could need, and more. Close enough to walk to all Brighton's attractions (even for the over-65's). A very enjoyable stay.

Nothing I can think of to improve.

We are a couple in our late 50s and traveled with our 20 something daughter and a friend. The unit was a good size and the kitchen was well equipped. We even had enough coffee pods provided to make it through our 3 night stay. We were able to walk to all the Brighton sights, but due to the steep hill ubered back, which was super easy to do. The sunroom and backyard added welcome extra living space. Also, had several great breakfasts at nearby Starfish & Coffee.

The couches were soft and provided little support, which made them uncomfortable to sit for any length of time.

Spacious living areas,well equipped kitchen and lovely garden. Handy having 2 bathrooms and the parking space is invaluable.

A little tired in areas.

Our family enjoyed a lovely 3-night stay at Tim’s house. It had all the facilities we needed and being just a short walk away from the busy sea front was perfect for us, even if it was uphill on the way home! The garden was a lovely retreat and a private parking space was very valuable! Tim was an excellent host - great communication and very accommodating. Thank you ☺️.
