location was good, had hot water for shower, had AC and there was open mic night so good for someone who enjoys it.

Hygiene was very bad, smell of urine near the stairs, Sewage pipe leaking, dirty bed sheet, stained pillows, very bad and dirty bathroom and commode seat was the worst, the room had a very bad odor.
