"For all the above, it can get better"

Okay

There was no tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The shower was over flowing and the aircon stop working , and the 2 door cupboard can't open and we have to get our own toilet paper

"Would use the facility again, would like to see new towels."

There was not a full set of cutlery. Not a major issue but could be for someone else. Towels were worn and below the standard of my expectations. There is no washing up basin for crockery.

"Good value for money"

Good view from the balcony. The building has a decent restaurant. Gym is well equipped and a nice infinity pool. Property manager was flexible to my requests

Room was not clean when I got there, bathroom bin was full with previous guest's trash. The room clearly hadn't been sanitized, it was just organized. Many surfaces were dirty including the shower. No urgency from property manager to resolve this.

I spent more time on the balcony😅. Pity the pool area was closed for the holidays. Short drive to Sandton City and Rosebank Mall
