Great value for money. Plenty of space for a family of 6, which is hard to find at a reasonable price.

The house was very clean and tidy. It was up for sale and I suspect it had previously been a rental property which was being let as holiday accommodation until it was sold. As such it was a little tired in places. The upstairs shower leaked and dripped through the ceiling into the stairwell below but a strategically placed teatowel was sufficient to avert major issues. We visited during the first cold snap of the year but the house was lovely and warm. The beds were 'interesting' but quite comfortable. The off road parking was a bonus amd it was surprisingly quiet considering its location on a very busy main road.

A couple of the lights didn't work but replacement bulbs will sort it. It's not in the prettiest part of the city but was convenient for our particular needs.

Good basic accommodation for Central Norwich, pleasant house and garden, lovely hosts. Good value, there were three of us all with separate double bedrooms but I believe there were also two double sofa beds for larger groups. Well stocked kitchen for self catering.
