The Rose509: City Centre Stylish Studio Apartment

I loved the comfort of the apartment, i loved the kitchennette with all the utensils it was beautiful

I didnt like the fact that it is not mentioned that the Rose has no secured parking of its own, i had to spend an extra R260 for 2 nights parking, I feel both Booking.com and the property should inform us upfront so that we can decide like i would never risk parking a rented car off the streets, 2ndly I thought this was a fully servied property, I had cooked breakast and when i arrived back at 19h00 the apartment was not cleaned, bed not made, bathroom not cleaned and no fresh towels, this was most disappointing

The Property is very clean and neat …Cousy to live in and very close to town ,we enjoyed the stay😊

Perhaps you can improve on to add an additional cloth for the kitchen counter, a small drying rack for the dishes and a cloth or towel to clean the bathroom….

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The mattress needs replacing in room 509. The springs were so weak that the bed would sink when I sat on the side, plus I got terrible backache sleeping on it. The couch in the room should also be cleaned, you can see dirt marks on it.
