Staff, I booked this place on booning.com as a Genius Level 3 Member, i stayed in CPT since September, so I decided to stay my last Days before i leave in a nice place with nice hiew from the Rooftop. It was my 4-5 Accomadation iN CPT, when i arrived by the check in they give me a form about „Houserules“ no Visitors, no one allowed… when i booked this Room there was never written about House Rules, just the normaly ones, no smoking, no party…. But nowhere NO VISITORS…. I wasnt informed about that just by the check in, i was really surprised!! When i knew that before i never booked that place!! I come with a friend to my room for a apero and a last talk before i go, we planned at 5:00 in the morning for the sunrise, my friend drive 45min each way to town, for nothing 600R taxi coast away… I tried to contact the company and wanted to speak with them, I wanted an explanation why nothing was or was mentioned about it on booking, in the booking process and in the description. There was no answer for a long time, and then just a standard message. The company is totally unfriendly, incompetent, and unable to compromise, I asked for an early check out and refund, but they didn't respond, so I had to stay the entire time so as not to lose my money and couldn't invite my friends over and meet me. ! I hope this company and this accommodation will be removed from booning.com and can no longer be booked! never again! Unfortunately I didn't see the Google recessions because I trust booking.com. But 2 stars say everything about the company, so far every guest has complained about the same thing! NEVER AGAIN!

We enjoyed our stay, the room was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. We also had a kitchen available and an iron and ironing board 😀 we were looking 👌 before going out. We enjoyed our time in the pool and amazing views of the table mountain and the city. We will definitely check in sometime. The hotel is also close to all amenities.

Great location in the center of Cape Town, 20/30 min (max) walk/uber to everything. Lovely cafe in the entrance and really nice restaurants in walking distance. Spacious room plenty of room for 2! Pool is stunning and basically had it to ourselves.

Gym entry isn’t included within the stay it’s £13 a day if you want to go. No full length mirror which would be handy 🥲
