The Barn by the beach at The Well House, Climping

A lovely quiet little property which is self-contained and very independent. Well equipped with utensils and cooking equipment, including basic food items such as tea, oil, salt/pepper etc. There are easy countryside and coastal walks right from the doorstep. And you don’t need a car.

It was another wonderful stay in the cute barn. It is really lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a long weekend. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. The car park in front of the door is very practical. A really great place that I can recommend. Thank you very much for the wonderful time!

A few domestic touches would have increased rating to 9 or 10. Normally for a property of this price I would have expected just a pint of milk in fridge on arrival to make a drink after a long journey. No cling film or foil & only 2 dishwasher tablets allocated for a 4 night stay. Pillows all very soft/no support, it would be nice to have a choice of firmer option. No duvet cover available when setting up bef settee do had to use without.

Beautifully appointed self catering accommodation set in a peaceful rural location. Every amenity you need to an extended stay. Great location and an easy walk to the beach. We will be back.

Local pub was very nice, some lovely walks from the cottage.
