Location,very comfortable although the sofa could be better.

Could have done with more instructions for appliances, we've also always found a visitors book handy.

"My son and i were at Goodwood Festival of Speed and the accommodation was a perfect bolt hole"

The accommodation was very clean and modern and perfect for my son and i to stay. Plenty of hot water when ever we wanted a shower and handy having a great pub just along the road.
