GHI loved how the room was exactly as in the picture. The location was centralized and you got easily get a ride to town and even enjoy nice fast foods around. The staff and receptionist who checked me in Phiwe were professional and extremely helpful.
Not receiving the room PIN in an email when I touched down and had to make few calls before getting it. Also I suggest, a staff should always be with you to set you up in the room to have everything prepared for you.

On your brochure there has no details that you do jot cover parking so we had to pay for parking. Which I think is downfall as we were so excited to come for our honeymoon an then they inform us we need to pay for parking which I feel we paying already alot parking should have been covered. Phoned customer services at the reception phone they were a disgrace did not take our concerns in consideration no empathy nothing they were rude on the phone
