ZAZAI liked the fact that the place felt like home away from home. Comfortable ,clean and modern feel to it. I also find the place was very convenient during my entire stay to all my meetings.
: 2 nights of my 4 nights stay I had bad nights due to by what seemed like long-stay tenants who were making noise on the corridor, 5th floor & smoking weed throughout the night till the early hours ,3AM, of the morning. : I’m disappointed at the level of dishonesty of the house keeping staff member who was cleaning unit 510 on Fri. 16/07/24 I had left over fresh food of which I decided to take back home. Prior to that on Fri. morning before I checked out I packed the fresh food nicely, neat & tightly in a plastic and put it in the fridge as I was going to be out on the road walking long distances before coming back to the hotel to fetch my luggage at reception later as I was to be fetched only at 14:00 to the airport from the hotel. I wrote a note for the house keeper that I was going to come back to collect the package later at 13:30 before the next guest checks in at 15:00 But when I arrived I found my food thrown next to my luggage in the storage, a place not suitable to keep fresh foods in there. Not only for my food contamination and rotting reasons but for the hotel sake attracting unnecessary pest in that area. She failed to use her common sense! She had even opened my food which is very unexceptable! She even put the note I wrote to her inside the plastic right at the bottom. What I was disappointed about was the fact that she never even bothered to bring together with my travel toiletries ,shower sponge, body wash, face wash & shampoo,I had forgotten in the shower rack. If she saw fit to open my food I had tightly sealed,disregard the message on the note,came throw the food in the storage where there’s open plumbing pipes and other unused items why didn’t she also bring my toiletries? In my opinion she lacks modest, is disloyal and cannot be trusted especially working in such private spaces of guests!
