Very walkable. Excellent location.

Window next to bed cannot properly close. Road noise so bad that owner leaves ear plugs out! Check-in procedure very cumbersome. Several pics to be sent the morning of check-in (when most guests will be at an airport struggling with flights and taxis. Exact time of check-in to be arranged with person taking you into apartment (close to impossible with traffic etc). Will not use again.

Property responded very fast, good amenities, definitely walkable

The location is great, it is central, and you can pretty much walk anywhere, and waterfront and space needle are super close. The neighborhood is lively, and you can really experience true Seattle, but it might not be for everyone. But we loved it. The apartment is spacious, and it has all the amenities you need and a small balcony with an awesome view. Parking is also included for those coming with a car, we didn't need it, but the fact that it's included is fantastic for the price. Also, the host was super helpful and responsive.

We were tied up at the airport due to a lost suitcase (later reclaimed) The key provider was irritated but she waited. Great bakery downstairs that made interrupted sleep a lot easier to take! Parking was a big plus!

They were working on the outside of the building so all the windows and patio door were taped in plastic that was not see thru. It was also not airconditioned and there was no fan so was quite stuffy and warm until I propped a crack under the plastic at night which made the city noises- sirens, etc. quite audible. Perhaps the owner did not know but it would have been nice to have a couple fans...

Belltown Perch exceeded my expectations! The location is less than a 15 minute walk north to the Space Needle and Chihuly Museum or south to Pikes Place Market. On the same block there are several restaurants, Macrina Bakery, and a small market. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Vince, the host, was marvelous and very attentive. We had our check-in details in advance and he sent messages to make sure all was well or if we had any questions. Vince even sent a mini-guide for the area prior to our arrival so we would be well informed. Our friends booked his other apartment, Belltown Flower Moon, and were equally a delighted. Also, the property includes a fitness center, indoor pool, and private garden.

Loved the excellent and easy communication with the owner. The unit was clean, cozy, and the location was nice. Efficient check in process with a greeter. Only recommendation would be a softer bed/mattress. Other than that, great stay!

The apartment is very nice and has everything you could need. The location is perfect; close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to both downtown and the Space Needle/Seattle Center. The bakery/coffee shop downstairs is excellent.

Having to check in at a specific time is a little inconvenient if you’re already out sightseeing. The checkout at 10 is a little early. The nightclub across the street had loud thumping beats as others noted, but it didn’t keep us awake and disposable earplugs were provided. Overall all the minuses were pretty minimal
