La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, vicino a ristoranti, negozi, a un centro commerciale, e a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal Pier (quindi dalla spiaggia). Un altro punto a favore è la celerità e disponibilità con cui il proprietario risponde ai messaggi.

La struttura purtroppo è tenuta male: molte cose sono rotte (tapparelle, la doccia, mancano le lampadine nelle lampade...). Lo scarico della vasca non funziona bene, così come i rubinetti (mia figlia di 3 anni è caduta mentre stavo cercando di regolare l'acqua, perché appunto la vasca si stava riempiendo). C'è un muro che cade a pezzi, forse un'infiltrazione d'acqua. La cosa però che dispiace di più è che l'appartamento è sporco: quando siamo arrivati era stato pulito, ma il pavimento del bagno era appiccicoso, con le impronte probabilmente di chi lo aveva pulito. Il divano è macchiato, non ci siamo sentiti di usarlo come terzo letto. Infine, sebbene il proprietario sia molto celere nel rispondere ai messaggi, non è trasparente: non c'è scritto da nessuna parte che l'appartamento è al QUINTO PIANO, e l'ascensore era rotto!!! Ci siamo dovuti trascinare su valigia grossa e passeggino per cinque piani, senza un avviso o una nota dal proprietario. Inoltre, quando dà le informazioni per il check in, non dice né il piano, né il numero dell'appartamento. Insomma, non sono cose da dimenticare quando si danno informazioni per entrare in una casa vacanze.

This small, lovely apartment is very centrally located. All the great sights, excellent restaurants, and stores are within a few minutes' walk. The sea with the inviting beautiful beach is only a few minutes walk away. If there is a question or a challenge, the landlord is on hand to help solve the problem. I would particularly like to praise this at this point: the support and assistance are great! We'd book again!

The beds were comfy and the host (Dexter) was very welcoming over messages. The property is absolutely central to Brighton City Centre as everything is very easy to get to from here

There was paint flaking off the walls around the bedroom doorway. There isn't much space in the slightest if you do stay here with 4 people. The location of the property is down a rather sketchy looking street which my partner felt completely unsafe walking down at any time of the day even with myself or a friend!

I did like the apartment, the kitchen was a good size and had all the facilities, e.g. fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc, bedroom was good size

I was really disappointed, I had clearly booked for 4 people and this came up as an option but there is no way this can accommodate 4 people. The size of the couch is very deceiving and cannot sleep 2 adults. We thought it had a pull out section. So one of the ladies had to sleep on the floor and she is almost 50. I am a pensioner and another lady who has disabilities had to have the beds. Not a comfortable situation to be in. There was also no toiletries provided, luckily I had a little travel body wash. I am sorry this is a disappointing review but for £538 this was not good enough and I feel really guilty about the situation because I booked it and got some remarks saying I want a refund.

Location was great, very central. Comfy beds.

When we arrived at the time we agreed, the apartment hadn't been cleaned and beds were unmade. We contacted the hosts who arranged for the cleaner to come round as soon as they could. Host was very helpful and quick to sort the situation and allowed us a late checkout upon request the next day. Note: there was no shower gel in the bathroom or biscuits/cookies even after the clean was done. This wasn't a problem to us but others should note that they were not provided even though they were listed as included.
