Breakfast was delicious and the area was very clean and spacious.

However, the parking at the location for breakfast was very limited. I was a struggle to find parking and lead to hangry frustration.

It was on the beach next to some good restaurants and bars.

The check in process if you arrive late is horrible. You have to go to this other hotel 10min away fill out paperwork and they take your card and scan your ID. They informed us the actual property required a parking pass so we had to park at the office and walk to our room since that office was closed. It was an annoying after having drive. 4 hours. Then the tv had no sound and they gave me a room with two queen beds after I reserved the one king. In the morning I went to get my parking pass only for them To ask for a copy of my ID once again and stated that the other property I checked into does not share information with them, so I’m wondering why we even have to make that stop and bother with paperwork if we have to do it again once the office opens. It’s a hassle and the breakfast is not located on the property so it’s another inconvenience. They constantly text you to remind of parking passes and pets and it’s quite annoying. They offered no beach accommodations such as umbrella and chair rentals we had to go next door to the bars. The beach is public not private the secure gate is located next to an open walk way to the public beach. I would not book again.

Tv is big but no instructions have so much problem also down have to call get it fix and room is upstairs no elevator.

Great location, close proximity to the beach and comfortable beds. The pool was nice as well. Great for families!

Constant sound of running motor in closet and bathroom. Unable to find grill as advertised would be available. The bathroom needs a larger mirror to accommodate multiple people getting ready at one time. Double stops for check-in seem a bit excessive.

Parking was controlled! So you could find a spot, beach access, pool, never did make it to breakfast it was 30 min drive. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. Beach access was super cool, had to rent chairs and an umbrella. Enjoyed!

The resort next door was very very loud. I get it, but on week nights, etc its a lot, it was so loud in our room that we had trouble sleeping, at 11pm. So nights till 2 am. It was rough.
