Apartamento muy comodo para 4 personas. Limpio, amplio. Duchas con suficiente espacio y agua caliente para los 4 sin problemas. Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de la plaza mayor, del metro, bares.

Seria bueno que el apartamento ofreciera te/cafe. Shampoo y otros elementos de higiene.

"Overall was good, but Guests should not buy for everything"

1- The young man who helped us find the flat was very friendly and helpful. 2- Comfortable beds. 3- Spacious flat. 4- Ironing board, iron, dishwasher with capsules and washing machine available. 5- the flat is located close to the city center

Unfortunately, we encountered the following problems: 1- The advertisement stated that there were three bedrooms, but in reality there were two in the basement and a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. 2- The two bedrooms downstairs had no windows to let in fresh air. 3- As we had booked for six people, we only found four rolls of toilet paper. 4- There was no shower gel. 5- There was only one towel per person for all four days. Just one large towel. 6- There were five plates and five glasses in the kitchen, but there were six of us. 7- There was no oil or salt and no small cups. 8- The flat was not very clean, a lot of dust on the floor. 9- Few pillows. 10- Washing machine without capsules. 11- no bags for the garbage.

Servizio clienti inesistente, L appartamento ci è stato consegnato alle 17 senza alcuna comunicazione fino alle 16. Al numero di contatto non ha risposto nessuno. Ci è stato dato per il disagio un late check in fino alle 13 ma alle 11 sono entrati per le pulizie cambiando il codice di accesso.

La amplitud del espacio, parece más grande de las medias indicadas en la descripción.

Por el hecho de ser un bajo, se oyen mucho los ruidos de la calle por la noche.
