La ubicación, el espacio en el piso, el aire acondicionado, la cantidad de baños, la limpieza.

Me tocó dormir en el sofá y al estar a pie de calle mucho ruido. La sartén está en un estado lamentable.

Located in the heart of La Latina, a vibrant neighborhood in Madrid, with a lot of restaurants and bars to choose from. The apartment is big, comfortable, and with two separate rooms, each with private bathroom. The bedrooms are in the basement level, wich makes them cool and perfect for warm weather in the city. Good amenities.

We had a wierd situation with another family opening up our apartment, contacted the property because we felt unsafe.

Great central location, generally good facilities

Door was unmarked and although the host sent instructions, it was not easily located. The entrance is directly on the street, and at times it was very busy outside, creating a feeling of insecurity. Information on Booking.com says that the apartment is Accessible and all on one level. In fact the bedrooms are downstairs and have no windows. There were no amenities such as coffee pods or laundry detergent and the shower gel was delivered after we checkedin

Place was excellent clean and spacious and very central to all of the local amenities. Shops very close by and cafe on the street and just around the corner. Very comfortable and excellent showers. There were four of us and we had loads of space. We didn't spend lots of time in but enjoyed. The area it is in is brilliant and vibrant with a good atmosphere and busy. Lots of choices for eating close by. Good metro and bus links to places of interest although we would stay in that area if we were going again its such a lovely area.

There was some confusion on arrival as the owners didn't text us with the video of how to get in and the key number until we were outside which made it difficult to access but a friendly local helped out and we got in. Take note it says that the apartment is all on the ground floor but bedrooms are in the basement down 18 stairs. Fortunately we all managed although our friends struggled a little the photos appear to have one bedroom by the kitchen. Other than that a handrail would have been a boost on the stairs. Apart from that all was good and would consider again.

Entrance of property was not easy access because of people dealing was very useless very difficult communication 😡
