Unique Downtown 2br 2ba close to everything Apt.B

Rather difficult to find using Google. The house should have easily seen house numbers since it’s located between two very small streets. Simple apartment, two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean and pleasant. Kitchen was clean and well maintained.

Check in was easy. Cute location and close to coffee & food

The apartment could use better attention to detail when cleaning. We found a lot of hair in the bed/linens and bathroom. The people upstairs were very loud when they came back at 1-2 a.m. you can hear every noise.

Situated in a quiet area of Gainsville, next to a park, within walking distance from downtown, the apartment is a perfect place to stay. The two rooms had a bathroom each, kitchen well equipped, it had everything we wished for for those couple of days.

Nice little apartment.

Apartment in lower floor. On top of the apartment there was a party with lots of noise. Impossible to sleep. I parked my car in the front parking lot and someone crashed it and left.

It was a fully furnished apartment that had everything we needed while we evacuated from Milton.

Upstairs is very very noisy

It had everything we while we were evacuated from St Petersburg from Hurricane Milton. It was clean and comfortable.

Nothing

It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our small dog. The furniture was comfortable including the mattress. The kitchen had everything to survive a week away from home. Grocery stores were close

It is a house converted to apartments. The upstairs apartments floors are very thin and creaky.
