Unique Downtown 2br 2ba close to everything Apt.B

Location was close to places I needed to be.

75$ for cleaning seems excessive. This should be evaluated by each reservation.

The location was great, place was clean, set-up was good for multiple guests with each room having their own on-suite bathrooms.

Having to park at the salon. My mother is 90 and my husband had just had knee surgery so I had to bring the vehicle by the front and drop them off then drive to salon to park and walk back to the building alone. Didn’t like that in the dark and just inconvenient. “Breakfast included” was a bit disappointing, no coffee, one pop tart, one bag of instant oatmeal.

This was such a cute little place near all the downtown restaurants was a gray area to take a run in and the other properties in the are was hosting a wedding which was cute to see on a staycation with my hunny

We did not eat breakfast on premises - went out to town. Keys are a coded entry with code emailed to you earlier on arrival day. If you are using Google Maps to find the place do not put in its address but rather Mode Salon where you will park (apartment is in a 2nd row behind the salon). ground floor apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, sitting/TV room. Laundry next door. Queen beds quite comfortable. Place is much more spacious than what you will get a hotel - walking distance to downtown, university. It is quiet, rear facing park.

Two doors (closet) only partially opened due to warped floor. Otherwise, no complaints!
